No. The program is built for people starting from zero as well as those with some experience. Mentorship and training are tailored to your starting point.
The Live-In Membership ($999/month) includes furnished housing at our Florida or Texas location plus daily in-person mentorship. The Online Membership ($89/month) does not include housing; you keep your current living situation and train through live online mentorship sessions instead. Everything else (deal-analysis software, the $1B+ lending network, bilingual instruction, and deal-finding commission opportunities) is included in both.
